Philadelphus microphyllus 'June Bride'™
June Bride Little Leaf Mock Orange
Quick Facts :: Growing Tips
Legend
Description:
6’ x 6’, (seed propagated). ‘June Bride’ is a fantastic new selection just released by Utah’s Choice, the West’s premier native plant introduction program. It was selected for its unusually large, bright-white spring flowers. The plant’s reddish brown exfoliating bark, and small dark-green leaves give the plant a pleasing, fine-textured appearance during the remainder of the growing season. Easily grown in well-drained, slightly alkaline garden soils, ‘June Bride’ makes a wonderful companion to other native shrub species:/catalog/search/products/native+shrub/ like Rhus and Fallugia. Be sure and plant it near a window or patio where its sweet fragrance will delight all who experience it in bloom.
Zones 4-10.
Special Notes:
Be sure and plant it near a window or patio where its sweet fragrance will delight all who experience it in bloom.
