Origanum laevigatum 'Pilgrim'
Pilgrim Oregano
Quick Facts
Legend
Description:
15-18” x 24” wide. (Cutting propagated.) Nice, nice, nice! The rich rose-red color of ‘Pilgrims’ flowers is outstanding, bringing much valued color to the late summer garden. The plant spreads slowly to make a dense mat of blue-green foliage that gives rise to numerous flowering stems in August. Vigorous and easy-to-grow, this Origanum laevigatum form is an upright grower different from cascading forms like ‘Amethyst Falls’.
Zones 5-8.
