Description:

4” x 6” wide, (seed propagated). An eye-catching mixture of colors, ‘Sunset Strain’ is a German-bred cultivar of our northwestern native succulent. Blooming in mid-spring, the vivid flower colors are a great way to wake up your xeriscape or rock garden. Can be grown in full sun at high altitudes, but appreciates being situated where it gets afternoon shade at lower, hotter elevations. Plant in well-drained sandy or loamy soil and avoid summer irrigation. Zones 5-8.
