Description:
36” x 24” wide, (cutting propagated). ‘Willow Dale’ is exceptionally showy with very narrow steel-blue leaves and flower spikes topped with rabbit ear like lavender-purple bracts. ‘Willow Dale’ blooms in mid-spring. It is excellent for use as a specimen planted in the ground in mild winter areas or as a potted plant in colder areas of the country. It has a stocky upright growth habit and is a good companion plant in beds and pots for other fragrant ornamental herbs like gray Santolina and Teucrium aroanium.
Zones 7-10.
