GROWING TIPS
|
Xeric growing conditions and full sun exposure, but, will tolerate partial or afternoon shade. When planted in western gardens that are in Zones 5 and 6, it is helpful to cover the plants with evergreen boughs (great way to recycle your Xmas tree) to protect the evergreen foliage from scorching in the harsh drying rays of the winter sun. Remove the branches in mid-spring.
