Quick Facts

Full and Afternoon Sun Xeric  Legend

Description:

3″ 6-8″ wide, (seed propagated). This tightly spined form of the species grows as a wide, squat stem that may cluster with a few additional stems as it matures. The flowers are unseen but are likely to be nicely pink or rose-pink. However it turns out, this form is a beauty even as a young, yet-to-bloom plant in my rock garden!

Zones 5-9.
