Description:

1” x 18” wide, (cutting propagated). A new introduction from HCG, this is a very exciting cultivar selected for its extremely low, tight evergreen carpet of foliage, huge quarter-sized bright pink flowers and excellent cold hardiness. Performs best in well-drained sandy or loam garden soils. Blooming in early to mid-spring, ‘Lesotho Pink’ is a superb groundcover as a companion for early season yellow and blue-flowered bulbs which push through and bloom above the foliage.

Zones 5-7.
