Coreopsis x Creme Brule (PPAF)
Creme Brule hybrid Tickseed
Quick Facts :: Growing Tips
Legend
Description:
18” x 18-24” wide, (cutting propagated). This really “tasty” new native hybrid, a cross between ‘Moonbeam’ and Coreopsis grandiflora, is a delight in the garden! I’ve been extremely impressed with ‘Creme Brule’s’ summer-long display of radiant lemon-yellow flowers, vigorous mounding habit and attractive lacy foliage. Hybrid vigor allows it to mature quickly, putting on a fine display of flowers its first growing season. ‘Creme Brule’ is especially nice planted around the base of Agastache cana (Double Bubble Hummingbird Mint). Grows effortlessly in lean-to-average garden soils with good drainage; avoid heavy clay. Highly recommended!
Zones 4-9
Special Notes:
