Description:
6-8’ x 6-8’ wide, (seed propagated). This little known Western native is excellent for use as a specimen or in groups for screening and hedges. The showy flower spikes resemble those of white lilacs. The attractive olive green foliage is evergreen in Zones 7 to 9. Fernbush is widely adapted to many different soil types, but good drainage is important. The spent flower heads should be deadheaded in late summer.Grown in premium 5” deep pots. Zones 4-9.
