Achillea filipendulina 'Coronation Gold'
Coronation Gold Yarrow
Quick Facts
Legend
Description:
36” x 24” wide, (cutting propagated). This always-dependable performer is an essential long-blooming perennial for any xeriscape. ‘Coronation Gold’ is taller than Achillea ‘Moonshine’, has greener foliage and a larger, darker-yellow flower cluster. This is a sterile selection and will not make a nuisance of itself and crowd out its neighbors like tall, yellow seed-grown varieties. A fine companion plant for other larger plants like Blue Mist Spirea (Caryopteris) and Russian Sage (Perovskia). Superb as a dried, everlasting flower.
Zones 3-8.
