Agave Plants




Agave seedlings are carefully nurtured in our Nursery. They grow to be two or more years old before reaching shipping size. Agave can be planted with with cacti and xeriscape perennials as seen in our demonstration gardens in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

All our plants are nursery grown from seeds and cuttings and are not taken from the wild:

Our cacti and seed grown succulents are transplanted and root pruned 2 to 3 times and are two or more years old before reaching shipping size. This develops a large, fibrous root system! Agave and other succulents are grown in 2 1/2 x 3" deep pots.
